Every year, the Kulturhuef offers an artist the opportunity to complete a one-year residence in its premises.

The artist must outline a project in which she/he explains her/his intentions during the residence and the connections planned with the museum's topics.

The residence consists of various work phases in the museum, which are agreed with the Kulturhuef team. The artist will be involved in the museum programme throughout the year.

Possible activities include
- Offering courses as part of the workshop programme
- "meet the artist", e.g. at the Luxembourg Museum Days in May or Wine Culture Enjoy in August

The artist commits to the production of a graphic edition.

In addition, the Kulturhuef will organise an exhibition for the finissage of the residence as part of the project, as well as the hanging of a selection of five works for the artists' promenade in the public space along the Moselle.
